The construction of the two steel frames were successfully delivered across two separate phases, other separate phases considered of beam to padstone construction and also the construction of the roof. Comprising a total of 46 tonnes of structural steel with a contract value of £198,000.
Two individual frames were erected, benefiting from good site access, which allowed smooth deliveries and efficient crane operations. The works were completed in line with the agreed programme dates, maximising efficiency throughout installation.
All steel used within the main frames was supplied with a primer finish, with galvanising applied to other specific elements of the project. The structure utilised fully bolted connections to beams, columns, and box sections. Upon completion, the steelwork was thoroughly inspected by trained professionals to ensure build quality and compliance.
